Linebacker Cody Lindenberg was selected by the Raiders with the No. 222 pick in the NFL Draft.

With their last draft pick, the Silver and Black added to their defense as Lindenberg has two First-Team All-Big Ten selections. In 2024, he led the Golden Gophers in total tackles (94). He also notched five tackles for loss, six pass deflections and an interception.

Linderberg was one of four Minnesota players to accept an invitation to the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.
