Over his six seasons, he compiled 229 tackles, six interceptions, 13 pass breakups and seven forced fumbles. In 2024, Sanders started 10 games for the Buffs, recording 67 tackles.

Saturday was an eventful day for the Sanders family as Shilo’s brother, Shedeur, saw his draft slide end when the Cleveland Browns selected the former Colorado QB in the fifth round.

Off the field, Shilo Sanders remains in litigation due to a lawsuit stemming from an incident involving a security guard while Sanders was in high school. The guard was issued a default judgment after Sanders did not show for his court date. The suit led to Sanders filing bankruptcy.
