The 2025 Miami Open presented by Itau gets underway on Wednesday, with plenty of stars taking to court at the ATP Masters 1000 event.
The former No. 6 in the PIF ATP Rankings, Gael Monfils takes on Fabian Marozsan in the second day-session match on Stadium court. Two-time semi-finalist Nick Kyrgios, who is making his first appearance at the event since 2022, will then follow against American qualifier Mackenzie McDonald.
McDonald is joined by four other Americans in action on Day 1. Wild card Eliot Spizzirri faces British qualifier Billy Harris in Grandstand’s evening session, while Aleksandar Kovacevic takes a 1-0 Lexus ATP Head2Head lead into his clash with Miomir Kecmanovic on Butch Buchholz. Qualifiers Ethan Quinn and Brandon Holt are both in action on Court 2.
