Jersey Shore July 4 fireworks schedule; celebrate Independence Day all week

If you are ready to see the fireworks, the wait is over!

The Jersey Shore is starting out with a bang for the start of July!

Here are the scheduled Fourth of July firework events, by date, along the Jersey Shore.

Make sure to check local town websites and Facebook pages as the weather could cause changes to the schedule.

July 1

Aberdeen will host it’s Independence Day Extravaganza on Tuesday, July 1, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park with fireworks starting at 9:15 p.m. Festivities include, food trucks, inflatables, face painting, character meet-and-greets, live music, and a DJ! The splash pad will stay open until 8 p.m. for extra fun before the night lights up with fireworks over the bay.

July 2

Berkeley Township fireworks take place Wednesday, July 2, after the Sounds of Summer concert series. Jukebox Legends play from 6 to 7 p.m., and Naked Jake Band play from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Bring blankets or lawn chairs.

July 2

Oakhurst, Ocean Township’s Independence Day celebration takes place from 6 to 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, at Joe Palaia Park with food trucks, activities, music and fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Bring lawn chairs. 

July 3

Asbury Park’s annual fireworks show will light up the sky along the waterfront, with prime viewing from the boardwalk. Please note: the beach will be cleared at 6 p.m. in preparation for the event. Fireworks will take place at 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, at 2nd and 4th beaches.

July 3

Atlantic Highlands annual fireworks take place at 9:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, at Atlantic Highlands Marina. The even is part of the Atlantic Highlands Firemen’s Fair starting on July first. Festivities includes games, rides, food and live music.

July 3

Brick Township fireworks will be held on Thursday, July 3, at Windward Beach Park, part of the SummerFest Concert Series, which hosts fireworks after every show. Food, beer and wine garden at every concert. Music begins around 7 p.m. 

July 3

Freehold Borough Independence Day celebration will take place from 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3 at Freehold Raceway. There will be food trucks, as well as Eddie Testa performing and music from DJ Erich. Bring lawn chairs or blankets; no backpacks, coolers or pets.

Hazlet’s annual free Independence Day celebration will be held on Thursday July 3, 2025 starting at 6 p.m. Fireworks go off at dusk. Festivities includes a live DJ and food trucks. Bring your chairs or a blanket to sit upon.

July 3

Manasquan will Independence Day Celebration ion the Main Beach will kick off with a parade and concert that starts at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 3; fireworks at dusk.

July 3

Keansburg will blast off fireworks for Independence Day on Thursday, July 3, at Keansburg Amusement Park and Runaway Rapids. The fireworks start at 9 p.m.

July 3

Lakewood Fireworks take place after the BlueClaws game all week long during their Independence Week Show on Thursday, July 3, 18, 19 and 25. Admission included with game ticket.

Sea Bright recreation sponsored Band on the Beach and fireworks at dusk on the Main Municipal Beach on Thursday, July 3 at 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Beyond the Blue with the Seabrighters will play at 5:30 p.m.

July 4

The annual Beach Haven Fourth of July Fireworks presented by @fantasyislandlbi and The Beach Haven Chamber of Commerce will be held at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 4, at Taylor Park. Bay Village will host fireworks on Taylor Avenue.

July 4

Jackson (Six Flags Great Adventure) fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 4, and Saturday, July 5, over the lake next to the Joker ride, Six Flags Great Adventure will host a fireworks show, part of the park’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. 

July 4

Long Branch Independence Day Fireworks will be held on Friday, July 4, as part of annual Oceanfest celebration. Starts at 1 p.m. with musicians, musical acts, food vendors and fireworks at 9 p.m.

July 4

Point Pleasant Beach will Celebrate Independence Day with spectacular Fireworks show on the beach at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk on Friday, July 4! Jenkinson’s Boardwalk will be lit up with fireworks 9:30 p.m. on Friday July 4.

July 5

Celebration at Barnegat High School begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, with a DJ, food trucks, face painting and more. Fireworks follow at dusk. 

July 5

Come to see the July 4th Fireworks in Beachwood on Saturday, July 5 at 9 p.m. at the Beachwood Beach.

July 5

Belmar’s annual fireworks and a light show at Taylor Pavilion will start at dusk on Saturday, July 5, in front of the Taylor Pavilion. Fireworks start at after 9 p.m., accompanied by a computerized lightshow. This will take place at Taylor Pavilion, located at 500 Ocean Avenue North.

July 5

Bradley Beach’s Independence Day Fireworks will be held on Saturday July 5 on the beachfront at 9 p.m. 

July 6

Lavallette’s patriotic concert will kick off at 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 6, followed by fireworks at 9 p.m. at the Lavallette Gazebo, Bay Boulevard and Philadelphia Avenue. 

July 6

Seaside Heights will celebrate the Coca-Cola Fireworks Extravaganza on Sunday, July 6, the festivities will start at 9:30 p.m. on the boardwalk. 

July 12

Freehold Township fireworks take place as part of Freehold Township Day, a celebration of veterans, from 4 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, July 12. The festival will offer free children’s rides and more; fireworks at 9 p.m.
