Thomas Frank’s Tottenham continue their pre-season campaign today with an additional behind-closed-doors friendly against Wycombe Wanderers. The fixture was announced just two days ago, as Frank hopes to see as many of his players in action as possible ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
This will be the Lilywhites’ second outing of the summer, and they have a perfect record to protect after their campaign opened with a 2-0 win over Reading at the Select Car Leasing Stadium last week. Fans were treated to their first sight of Mohammed Kudus in Tottenham colours, and while the Ghanaian impressed on debut, the star of the day was the 18-year-old centre-back Luka Vuskovic, who both scored and assisted after his half-time introduction.
It is a packed day of pre-season action for Tottenham. They will be back in action just a couple of hours after the final whistle at Hotspur Way, as a second friendly of the day against Luton Town at Kenilworth Road kicks off at 3pm.
