West Ham United have started their Premier League Summer Series campaign against Manchester United at the iconic MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Bruno Fernandes has put the Red Devils ahead in the United States, converting from the penalty spot after Alphonse Areola fouled Ayden Heaven and Manchester United led 1-0 going into the half-time break.

AFC Bournemouth defeated Everton 3-0 in the opening half of the double-header earlier in the afternoon on a hot and humid day.

Following today’s fixture, we have games against Everton at Soldier Field in Chicago on Wednesday and Bournemouth at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta a week on Sunday.
