Carlos Alcaraz has seized the lead in the PIF ATP Live Race To Turin by reaching the final at the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, surpassing Jannik Sinner at the top.

The Spaniard, who has risen four spots with his run in the Principality, is bidding to qualify for the Nitto ATP Finals for a fourth consecutive year (did not play in 2022 due to injury). By reaching his second final of the season, Alcaraz has accumulated 2,060 points, 60 more than second-placed Sinner.

Alcaraz could extend his lead over Sinner to 400 points if he defeats Lorenzo Musetti in Sunday’s championship match in Monte-Carlo. The Italian, who will compete in his maiden ATP Masters 1000 final, has risen 43 spots to 13th in the Live Race.

Musetti could jump further to seventh if he clinches the Monte-Carlo title. The 23-year-old defeated fellow Nitto ATP Finals contender, Alex de Minaur in Saturday’s semi-final.

De Minaur made his debut at the season finale last year and boosted his chances of returning at the end of this campaign with a run to the last four in the Principality. He is up to sixth, 35 points shy of Novak Djokovic in fifth. With 20 wins this season, De Minaur leads the Tour for the most in 2025, but Alcaraz could tie the Australian by triumphing in Monte-Carlo.

Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, who fell to Alcaraz in the semi-finals in Monte-Carlo, has jumped 10 spots to eighth. The Spaniard’s ascent to eighth in the Live Race comes after a standout start to the season, in which he has reached two ATP Tour finals (Delray Beach, Acapulco). Davidovich Fokina is 120 points behind seventh-placed Jakub Mensik.

The #NextGenATP star, who defeated Djokovic for the Miami title, is aiming to make his debut at the Nitto ATP Finals. British No. 1 Jack Draper, who won his maiden Masters 1000 trophy in Indian Wells, is also aiming for a first appearance in Turin and is 35 points behind third-placed Alexander Zverev.

Stefanos Tsitsipas, who won the Nitto ATP Finals on his debut in 2019, narrowly missed out on qualification last year following five consecutive appearances at the event. After his run to the quarter-finals in Monte-Carlo, the Greek is up eight spots to 11th in the Live Race.
