2025 PGA Players Championship: How to watch, tee times and more

Scottie Scheffler will be the man to beat at this year’s PGA Player’s Championship tournament at TPC Sawgrass as he attempts his third victory in a row on the elite course. The Players will run between March 13 – 16 and will feature some of the PGA’s top-ranked players, including Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele who, along with Scheffler, will be grouped together for Thursday and Friday’s tee times at the competition where only 144 other top-ranked players are eligible to attend. (Of those who are eligible, four players will not be in attendance: Ernie Els, Alex Noren, Brendon Todd and Tiger Woods.)

Here’s what you need to know about how to watch this year’s PGA Players Championship, including where to tune in.

Date: March 13 – 16

TV channels: NBC, Golf Channel

Streaming: Peacock, Fubo, Hulu with Live TV, DirecTV, ESPN+

The Players Championship will be held at Stadium Course at Tournament Players Club Sawgrass in Jacksonville, FL from March 13-16.

The PGA Players Championship will be broadcast on NBC and Golf Channel and streams on Peacock and ESPN+.

While most of the tournament’s biggest moments will be broadcast on NBC and Golf Channel (and available to stream on Peacock), to watch most of the action live, you’ll need ESPN+.

If you’ve cut the cord but don’t have a Peacock subscription, NBC and Golf Channel are both also available with subscriptions to Hulu with Live TV, Fubo, and DirecTV.

The PGA Players Championship is an annual event sponsored by the Professional Golfer’s Association and in an invitation-only tournament featuring highest ranked players on the PGA Tour. The first place winner receives a purse of $4.5 million in the 2025 Players Championship, and the tournament has a total purse of $25 million.
