強い冬型の気圧配置の影響で13日、全国的に北寄りの風が強まり、関東では今季1番の強風となった。午前11時までに観測された最大瞬間風速は栃木県奥日光で27・3㍍、千葉市で26・2㍍、東京・八王子と甲府市で25・5㍍、東京都心でも18㍍などとなり、この影響で首都圏の交通機関では運転見合わせなどが相次いでいる。 JR東日本によると、午前10時半ごろから武蔵野線が上下全線で運転を見合わせたほか、川越線の大宮ー川越間、常磐線の一部で運転見合わせが続き、東北、北陸、上越の各新幹線で一部列車の遅れが出ている。 また、新橋と豊洲を結ぶ「ゆりかもめ」(東京臨海新交通臨界線)は午前9時半ごろから全線で運転を見合わせた。同10時20分ごろに運転を再開したが、遅れが出ているという。 気象庁によると、東北や関東などの幅広いエリアで暴風雪警報や強風注意報が発令されている。 関東地方に吹き荒れる「強風」 JR武蔵野線などで遅れ、東京スカイツリーにも影響
