Chris Martin trolled a couple on the Coldplay kiss cam after accidentally exposing an alleged affair between a high-powered CEO and his company’s head of HR.
The “Yellow” singer was performing in his band’s Music of the Spheres World Tour show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., Wednesday when the jumbotron centered on a young couple in the crowd.
“Ok now listen, are you two a couple? Are you two a legitimate couple?” he asked the loved-up fans, prompting the audience to errupt in laughter.

When the pair, who had their arms wrapped around each other, didn’t reply, Martin asked, “Do you understand English?”
He then asked if they spoke Spanish as the man and woman stared wide-eyed at the rock star.
“Ok, I’m just going to risk it,” Martin, 48, joked before checking one more time if the duo could hear him.
When the man finally gave a thumbs up, signaling that they knew what Martin was saying, the musician went on to perform his song “Fix You.”

Earlier that evening, Martin accidentally exposed the alleged affair of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his HR chief, Kristin Cabot.
Byron, who is married, and Cabot, who is divorced, were briefly seen with their arms wrapped around each other as they swayed to Coldplay’s music on the kiss cam.
They quickly noticed that they were being shown on the big screen and immediately sprang away from each other and hid their faces — prompting Martin to call out their strange behavior.
“Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” the musician joked into the mic as the audience laughed.

After the moment went viral and spurred an avalanche of internet memes, Andy’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, appeared to deactivate her Facebook. Before removing her account, she also removed her surname from her profile.
Andy took on the CEO role of the AI and data-driven company, which is valued at $1.2 billion, in July 2023, while Cabot joined the New York-based firm a year later.
Aside from his alleged cheating, the tech exec has a history of bad behavior and would lash out at employees at his former company, according to a resurfaced report. His brutal management style allegedly caused several people to quit the company.
