Palm Beach’s amfAR Gala was rife with the smell of MAGA makeup this weekend, by which I mean prominent newish couple Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson graced the event with their presence. Per “Page Six,” Donald Trump’s eldest son and his socialite girlfriend stopped by the gala for some photos on Saturday, rubbing shoulders with New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and the evening’s honoree, Martha Stewart. Anderson wore a silver sequined minidress, while Don Jr. sported his signature greased-back mop and loafers sans socks. Throughout the evening, Anderson could not seem to stop smiling. I guess she’s excited to be trotted out in public more often?

The timing of the outing is convenient, given last week’s rumors that Don Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa, is dating Tiger Woods. In case you need a refresher, Don Jr. and Vanessa married in 2005 (at Mar-a-Lago, of course), had five children (the eldest is YouTuber and golfer Kai Trump), and ultimately divorced in 2018. But according to “Page Six,” Don Jr. is “fully supportive” of Vanessa and “cool” with her relationship with the golfer.

Vanessa isn’t the only ex of Don Jr.’s in the news. Let’s not forget that his ex-fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle, has been lurking in the corners of MAGA-adjacent events and Super Bowl parties over the past couple of months. The couple ended their six-year relationship last year, and Guilfoyle was promptly shipped thousands of miles away as the Trump-appointed ambassador to Greece. While she doesn’t seem to have made an appearance at the amfAR gala, the threat of another Guilfoyle run-in is always somewhat imminent. Best of luck to Bettina on all that ex juggling.
