WASHINGTON (7News) — If you’re looking to get decked out in some Alex Ovechkin gear after that history-making shot that made him the National Hockey League’s all-time goals leader, you’re in luck!

The Washington Capitals invite all fans to shop at a store dedicated to Ovechkin. It will open at the Capital One Arena on Monday at 8 a.m.

The shop will feature a full collection of Ovechkin merchandise including jerseys, hats, t-shirts and more.

The store will stay open until 6 p.m.

Ovechkin scored a career goal of 895, passing Wayne Gretzky to become the NHL’s all-time leading goal scorer on Sunday, April 6. He did it against the New York Islanders and their goaltender, Ilya Sorokin.
