AUGUSTA, Ga. — Who’s up for watching a little golf history on Sunday?
With a third-round 66, Rory McIlroy holds a two-shot lead over Bryson DeChambeau entering the final round of the 2025 Masters. If he can close out the victory at Augusta National, he’ll become just the sixth golfer to achieve the career Grand Slam.
Appointment viewing if we do say so ourselves.
Before getting too excited, we all must remember that McIlroy held a four-shot lead coming into the final round of the 2011 Masters, and was still leading by a shot on the 10th tee when he proceeded to shoot a 43 on the back nine and finish in tie for 15th. Needless to say, the Masters has often been cruel to the Northern Irishman, which is why Sunday could be such a big day in his career, or another heartbreaking one.
Whatever is in store, there are plenty of ways to watch. Here’s everything you need to know to watch Day 3.
