American wrestling star Hulk Hogan dies aged 71
- Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, died on 24 July at the age of 71 after medics were called to his home in Clearwater, Florida.
- Days before his death, his ex-wife Linda Hogan shared a throwback photo of them from 1996 on Instagram, captioned ‘The good old days !’.
- Linda Hogan recently claimed their divorce led to family disarray and accused Hulk of being a ‘complete liar’ and ‘sex addict’, which she said caused her estrangement from their daughter Brooke.
- Brooke clarified in March that her decision to go no contact with both parents was based on how they treated her throughout her life, alleging verbal, mental, and physical abuse, though not specifically blaming either parent.
- Hulk was married to Linda from 1983 to 2009, then to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 to 2021, and is survived by his third wife, Sky Daily, whom he married in 2023.
