Jacksonville Jaguars trade 3rd, 6th to Detroit Lions for pick No. 102, future 3rd-round picks

The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded back in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft after expecting to be selecting for the first time since picking cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter with the second-overall pick.

The Jaguars traded back with the Detroit Lions, giving the latter pick No. 70, the team’s first pick in the third round and pick No. 182, Jacksonville’s first pick in the sixth round.

The Jaguars will receive pick No. 102 in the third round in addition to two third-round picks in the 2026 NFL Draft. One of the third-round picks will be a compensation third in 2026, the pick Detroit will receive after defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn was hired by the New York Jets this offseason.
