Back in February, Bianca Censori caused global outrage when she appeared – naked save for a slip of see-through material – on the Grammys red carpet alongside her husband Kanye West. Since then, however, the couple have kept an unusually low profile.

In fact, the disappearance of paparazzi-hungry West and Censori from the showbiz circuit sparked rumours that the pair had separated for good and that Censori, 30, was struggling to deal with the fallout of the shocking stunt.

While she maintained a dignified silence in the weeks that followed, West did the opposite. 

After a torrent of sexist, homophobic and anti-Semitic rants on X, his account was deactivated. Then earlier this month, West re-emerged, seemingly confirming the split by releasing a new single titled Bianca.

He rapped: ‘She hop in the car and she ran, My b**** just don’t understand. Bianca, I just want you to come back, Don’t know what I did to make you mad.’

The musician, 47, who also goes by ‘Ye’, suggested that his wife disapproved of his vile social media tirades.

‘She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted,’ he sings.

But on Monday, West released a bombshell picture that suggested he and Censori are very much back together.

In his usual all-black getup, West stood beside Censori, who wore a silk, blue corset-style bodysuit and thigh-high black leather boots.

It was simply captioned: ‘fit pic’.

So what exactly is the relationship status of Hollywood’s most controversial couple?

I can reveal that West and Censori have spent weeks at a VIP exclusive wellness centre on a ‘make or break’ getaway in Majorca, Spain, where they ‘worked on saving their marriage following months of issues’.

An associate of Censori tells me that the couple took therapy sessions provided by The Balance Clinic – a rehab and marriage counselling centre. And their month-long stay has proved a success, with the controversial rapper and the Australian architect ‘finding themselves in a much better place’.

I’m told the ‘much needed break away from the USA’ has proved a ‘shot in the arm for their love and commitment to overcome tension and problems’.

The insider insists that, contrary to media reports circulating in recent days, West was never in danger of being sectioned by medical officials over his mental health.

In fact, Censori was the ‘driving force’ behind the pair’s decision to head to Majorca after friends recommended the facility – which doesn’t just focus on rehab treatment but also holistic and physical and massage therapies.

West, on the other hand, was ‘trepidatious’ at first about the visit, which prompted him to write the Bianca rap song claiming she was trying to have him ‘committed’.

However, the source insists that ‘after some misunderstanding about the trip, where Ye initially tried to leave the island, he became a resident and only attended programs or events he wanted to go to’.

Within days, West ‘turned a corner’ and ‘found being there to work things out with Bianca very refreshing’.

‘Not everyone’s there for heavy-duty treatments, and he supported Bianca as she moved forward with her own program,’ the insider says.

‘He was super-relaxed and felt like it was a real vacation away from the stresses of life and reconnected with his wife very much on a spiritual level.

‘They had the chance to talk out their problems and sort through their differences. Some of her friends didn’t have much hope for them lasting, but things are looking really positive now. It is up to them to keep that momentum going.’

The associate adds: ‘There is a lot of misunderstanding concerning this visit. Sure, this is an elite clinic for those afflicted with serious issues, but it is also the type of place which allows other clients to focus on themselves away from distraction.’

Indeed, The Balance Clinic, founded by Abdullah Boulad, a Swiss entrepreneur and healthcare expert, is very elite. It features private jet transfers, a personal chef, and even ‘transcranial direct current stimulation’ – a technique designed to electrically stimulate and activate brain cells – available on the treatment menu.

The luxury clinic does not come cheap. To stay at one of their villas costs an eye-watering 149,400 Euros a week.

Again, according to my source, it has been money well-spent for the couple.

‘Bianca has made it clear she is feeling better and much more optimistic about her marriage,’ they say.

‘It is impossible to understand the dynamics of their relationship given how so much information is put out, without anyone having true insight into what is really happening.’

In recent days, West and Censori have left the centre for the swish Neuendorf House, a high-end holiday home set in an almond grove on the island.

Meanwhile, West has continued to work on new music for his planned comeback during his time away.

My source confirmed that the Bianca track, which will feature on his upcoming WW3 album, references the Majorca getaway.

They said: ‘That song was written specifically about the start of their journey in Majorca at The Balance.

‘It appears clear from his lyrics that he suspected that an intervention was the purpose of the stay.

‘He did depart and stayed away from Bianca, while she remained at The Balance. Then he returned, they made up and have been doing well since.’

A spokesperson for The Balance Clinic said last night: ‘The clinic has no comment at this time.’

Fans will be hoping that the stay really has served its purpose for the couple.

West and Censori’s behaviour has been increasingly erratic since they married, just nine months after the rapper had finalised his divorce from reality television superstar Kim Kardashian. 

An architecture graduate from a well-off Melbourne family, Censori had modelled for West’s shoe company, Yeezy, two years previously.

Since then, she has been pictured in public wearing ever-more revealing outfits. These gratuitous displays have often led to rumours that members of Censori’s family that she is being ‘coercively controlled’ by West, while others have claimed that she enjoys indulging her husband’s exhibitionist streak.
