Kristi Noem's purse snatched at fancy D.C. burger spot

One thing that isn’t very secure under Kristi Noem‘s watch: Her purse.

State of play: The Homeland Security secretary’s bag was snatched from near her feet at Shaw’s Capital Burger restaurant on Sunday night, per CBS News.

It contained Noem’s driver’s license and passport, DHS access badge, checks, medicine, makeup and roughly $3,000 in cash.
Members of Noem’s 24/7 Secret Service detail reportedly didn’t see the crime. Camera footage later revealed an unknown white male in a medical mask taking the bag.

Multiple agencies are investigating.
