Lauren Graham accidentally reveals the father of ‘Parenthood’ co-star Mae Whitman’s baby

A Braverman blunder.

Lauren Graham let it slip who the father of her “Parenthood” co-star Mae Whitman’s baby is on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast Monday.

Graham, 57, and Shepard, 50, were discussing the actress’s “special” relationship with Whitman, 36, who played her daughter on all six seasons of the NBC series.

“I’m trying to think the last time [I saw her],” Graham said of Whitman. “They’re in New York now. Carlos, her baby daddy, is on Broadway in Hadestown, which I feel happy to plug because he’s fantastic in it, Carlos Valdes.”

Valdes, 35, and Whitman played love interests in the 2023 Hulu series “Up Here.”

“He’s really great,” Graham said of Valdes. “And so they’re in New York for the next while and then she got this job in Ireland. So she’s in Ireland with the baby.”

The Post has reached out to reps for Whitman and Valdes for comment.

Whitman announced the birth of her first child in August 2024, but didn’t reveal the identity of the father at the time.

She named her son Miles after Miles Heizer, who played her brother on “Parenthood.” Shepard also starred on the Jason Katims-created drama.

“Not to be a Bieber about it but I too just gave birth to our son, Miles,” Whitman wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a photo of her son’s feet. “From the moment we heard the first tiny sound out of his tiny piggy mouth we were besotted.”

“He is the kindest, gentlest, smartest, funniest little beebee and he’s our best friend (pretty much exactly like his namesake Uncle Miles @younggoth). We are infinitely grateful he chose us as his parents,” Whitman added.

When Whitman announced her pregnancy in May 2024, she shared a picture of herself with Graham and Heizer, 30, as well as photos of her “Parenthood” character pregnant in the show’s final season.

“Not to make a parenthood episode out of it or anything but!!!” Whitman wrote, adding, “Mother’s Day looking a little different this year! 🤰🏼can’t wait to meet you, huge baby kicking my insides to filth! #ruveal.”

Valdes, for his part, revealed that he was a new father in an interview with People published March 3.

“Not a lot of people know this, but I’m a dad, a relatively new dad,” he said.

“The Flash” actor continued, “And it’s my personal preference that I don’t share more beyond that, but being a Broadway dad… let me tell you, it’s not for the faint of heart! This life is pretty unforgiving when it comes to balancing it with parenting.”
