Micah Parsons wants a trade from the Dallas Cowboys. The star pass rusher released a lengthy statement Friday, detailing his frustrations with the team’s approach to negotiating his next contract.

Early in the note, Parsons wrote, “I no longer want to be here.” He then provided a timeline of the negotiations between he and the team.

Parsons ended his note by confirming he submitted a trade request to team COO and co-owner Stephen Jones.
