(KRON) — Thursday is National Burrito Day. The day is typically celebrated on the first Thursday in April, April 3 this year, and celebrates everyone’s appreciation for the popular dish, which has been offered in American restaurants since the 1930s.
With high inflation and economic worries over Trump tariffs, one thing you can look forward to Thursday is deals on burritos from some of your favorite Mexican chain restaurants. Here’s where you’ll find the National Burrito Day deals.
At Baja Fresh, you can celebrate National Burrito Day with a buy one, get one free deal. The deal, however, is only available to Club Baja Reward members. Use the code BURRITO to redeem the deal.
Chipotle will be bringing back the Chipotle Burrito Vault this National Burrito Day. The interactive digital game will give fans a chance to unlock a buy one, get one free offer. Chipotle Rewards members can also celebrate National Burrito Day with free deliveries.
El Pollo Loco will be celebrating National Burrito Day with a block party running from Wednesday, April 2 through Friday April 4. Rewards members using the El Pollo Loco app can get buy one, get one free deals on three different kinds of burritos on Thursday.
Qdoba will be offering a free burrito to rewards members who purchase and entree and drink in-store or online — the offer excludes quesadillas.
