Microsoft confirmed Outlook is having problems.
If you’re having difficulty accessing your email right now, you’re not alone. Microsoft confirmed on Thursday that it’s experiencing issues with its email service Outlook.
Some Outlook users have been experiencing trouble accessing Outlook either through the web browser, mobile app or desktop client. The problems actually seemed to begin around 5 p.m PT on Wednesday, according to Downdetector, but started to pick up significantly around 2 a.m. PT on Thursday (Downdetector is owned by the same parent company as CNET, Ziff Davis).
“Users may be unable to access their mailbox using any connection methods,” said Microsoft in a service status update.
