Sydney Sweeney sends a message to ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino in corseted wedding dress after breakup

Here comes the runaway bride.

Sydney Sweeney attended CinemaCon 2025 in Los Angeles Tuesday, marking her first public appearance since news of her breakup with fiancé Jonathan Davino made headlines.

And the 27-year-old “Euphoria” actress — who’s called off her wedding to the businessman — did so while wearing none other than a bridal gown.

Comprised of a strapless silver corset and slim skirt and accented with a low-slung belt, the look hails from wedding-focused brand Wiederhoeft’s spring 2025 collection.

Last month, Sweeney sparked breakup rumors when it was reported that she was no longer living with Davino, 41, but rather at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

She quickly deleted PDA-filled photos with the movie producer from her social media and it was reported that Sweeney called off their nuptials, which were set for sometime this spring.

Despite insiders saying the pair were working on their “rocky” relationship, on Monday, it was confirmed that the couple were done for good after nearly seven years together.

“Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She’s all about working right now and very excited about all her projects,” an insider told People.

“What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn’t feel right about it.”

“She’s not ready to settle down,” the source added. “They only lasted for this long because it was hard for her to break it off. They didn’t split because there is no love. They split because she just wants to focus on her career right now.”

It seems that weddings have been on her brain in more ways than one as of late as the “White Lotus” alum popped up at the wedding of former co-star Glen Powell’s sister in Dallas over the weekend.

While the pair reportedly did not attend as dates — with a source telling TMZ that Sweeney has been a close friend of the bride’s for a long time — she did perfectly match the blue bridesmaids dresses in her own corset gown of the same shade.

Even Powell’s mom quashed the frantic speculation, telling the Daily Mail, that the idea was “silly” and “they’re definitely not together.”

Despite the real-life situation closely mirroring the plot of their rom-com “Anyone But You,” it seems that Sweeney is playing out her own type of revenge on the red carpet.
