While the actor recently made his highly anticipated red carpet debut with girlfriend Kylie Jenner in Rome, he didn’t linger abroad. Instead, he made a quick beeline back to New York City.
In his first major outing since returning from Italy, Chalamet was spotted courtside at Madison Square Garden, cheering on his beloved New York Knicks as they faced off against the Boston Celtics. His game day fit included an oversized blue sports jacket with the team’s logo and matching blue striped pants.
And in case the full monochromatic look wasn’t already a giveaway, the New York native topped it off with a matching blue cap, cementing his diehard fan status.
For footwear, he added a bit of edge with a sleek pair of Rick Owens high-top sneakers with the laces wrapped around his ankles in the brand’s signature style.
While the Knicks didn’t end up winning the game last night, Chalamet surely still walked away feeling like a winner after his whirlwind week.
Just a few days prior, the actor attended the 70th David Di Donatello at Cinecittà Studios, where he was the recipient of the David Award for Cinematic Excellence.
His date for the night was none other than Jenner, who walked hand in hand with the Dune star onto the red carpet for the first time. A major milestone for the couple, indeed.
Jenner’s outfit for the night met the importance of the occasion with a plunging Schiaparelli gown. Her black dress perfectly complemented Chalamet’s dapper velvet suit.
