Uncrowned has UFC 314 live results, round-by-round updates, start time and highlights for the Alexander Volkanovski vs. Diego Lopes fight card on Saturday night at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. Former UFC featherweight champion Volkanovski faces off against top-ranked contender Lopes in the night’s five-round main event for the vacant 145-pound title, which was relinquished by Ilia Topuria.

Volkanovski (26-4) competes for the first time since suffering back-to-back knockout losses to UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev and Topuria in October 2023 and February 2024, respectively. Prior to that, Volkanovski, 36, had one of the most iconic runs in UFC featherweight history, kicking off his Octagon career with the second-longest win streak ever in the division (11) and its second-most title fight wins (6).
With a victory on Saturday, Volkanovski will become a two-time UFC featherweight champion and further cement himself as one of the greatest 145-pound fighters to ever lace up a pair of four-ounce glvoes.
Lopes (26-6) is a hard-charging contender who’s been lights out since debuting in the UFC with a short-notice “Fight of the Night” loss to the undefeated Movsar Evloev in May 2023. Lopes, 30, is a perfect 5-0 since that bout, scoring big wins over Sodiq Yusuff, Dan Ige and most recently Brian Ortega.

In the evening’s co-main event, one-time UFC title challenger Michael Chandler faces off against British fan-favorite Paddy Pimblett in a high-stakes, five-round, non-title lightweight matchup.
The UFC 314 start time for the preliminary card is at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The main card begins live at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
