The Utah Jazz are trading John Collins to the Los Angeles Clippers in a three-team deal with the Miami Heat, ESPN first reported Monday.
Why it matters: Utah continues to shake up its roster after ending last season with a franchise-worst 17–65 record.
State of play: The Jazz will receive Kyle Anderson and Kevin Love from the Heat, plus a 2027 second-round pick from the Clippers. The Clippers will send Norman Powell to Miami, per ESPN.
- Utah traded Collin Sexton and Jordan Clarkson last month.
By the numbers: At 31 years old, Anderson would be the oldest player on the team, according to Sports Illustrated.
What’s next: The NBA must approve the trade before rosters are finalized.
